STEP 1: Preheat (optional)
Preheat the fabric for 1-3 seconds at 150 °C with the pressure at 3–4 kg/bar. This is for removal of residues, impurity and to reduce shrinkage issues. Preheat for 10 seconds if the fabric is shrinking more than average.
STEP 2: Transfer
Apply the transfer, with the film facing upwards, on the preheated material with a temperature of 150 °C with the pressure at 3–4 kg/bar for 10–12 seconds. Some fabrics may require additional pressure. Use silicon coated fabric or paper over the transfer logo.
STEP 3: Hot Peel
Film may be removed hot peel. Some coated fabrics require cold peel. Test for best practice before bulk production
STEP 4: Afterheat (optional)
